A TREND representative meets with you in your home to understand your goals and evaluate your existing space.

We’ll look at the areas you want to transform, discuss your ideas and help you determine which remodeling solutions make sense for your home.

This is also when you’ll have the opportunity to explore available cabinetry, countertops, backsplashes and other material selections.

Step 3 — Design & Material Selection

Create the Look You Want

Once we’ve discussed your project, it’s time to make the design decisions.

Choose the colors, styles, materials and finishes that will bring your vision together. Depending on your project, selections may include cabinetry, countertops, backsplashes, shower and tub surfaces, flooring, hardware, sinks and other finishing details.

For projects using etherium® By E-Stone, you’ll also be able to explore the available colors and styles for your new surfaces.

Step 4 — Project Pricing & Contract

Review Your Project & Investment

Once the scope of work and selections are established, we’ll provide pricing based on your specific project.

We’ll review the details with you so you understand what is included before moving forward.

When you’re ready, you’ll sign your project agreement and we’ll begin preparing for the next stage.

Step 5 — Template & Precise Measurements

Before your custom materials are ordered and prepared, we take detailed measurements and create the necessary templates for your project.

This step ensures that your countertops, cabinetry, backsplashes, shower and tub surfaces, flooring and other custom-fit components are prepared specifically for your space.

Accurate measurements help ensure a proper fit and a smooth installation.

Step 6 — Materials Are Ordered & Prepared

Your Project Moves Into Production

Once measurements and project details are finalized, your materials are ordered and your project moves into preparation.

Custom components are fabricated and prepared according to the specifications of your space.

Step 7 — Professional Installation

Watch Your Space Transform

When everything is ready, our professional installation team gets to work.

Depending on your project, installation may include cabinet refacing, countertop installation, backsplash installation, shower or tub remodeling, flooring, sinks and other components included in your scope of work.

Because our remodeling approach often works with the existing structure rather than requiring a complete tear-out, many projects can be completed in significantly less time than a traditional full-gut renovation.

Step 8 — Final Walkthrough & Completion

Finish With the Details

Once installation is complete, your lead installer will walk through the finished project with you.

We’ll review the completed work, make sure everything included in your project has been addressed and complete the necessary project paperwork.
