Hi Chicagoland! We are Brian and Liz, the owners of Trend Transformations of Chicago. As a franchise company, all TREND Transformations stores are independently owned and operated. We are Spring Grove residents who have extensive experience in the remodeling industry.
Brian brings over 20 years of invaluable expertise in the home improvement industry to his role. His journey began in high school, assisting his uncle in managing rental properties, which ignited his passion for
construction. He then honed his skills at Granite Transformations, a subsidiary of Trend Transformations, where he started as a lead installer and eventually became the Fabrication and Installation Manager. After a decade of dedication, Brian transitioned to a sales role, further expanding his knowledge of the industry. His career continued to flourish as he served as Senior Vice President for two of the nation’s largest home improvement companies, focusing on business growth and scalability. With a deep-rooted passion for construction, Brian ventured into entrepreneurship by opening his own franchise. Given his extensive background with Granite Transformations, owning a Trend Transformations franchise was a natural progression.
Liz, on the other hand, has a background in information technology but possesses an unwavering passion for interior design. She stays abreast of home design trends and is always eager to craft vision boards to help clients envision their dream spaces.
Together, Brian and Liz form a dynamic team. Brian oversees the sales team, fabrication, and installation crews, ensuring seamless operations and exceeding customer expectations. Meanwhile, Liz efficiently manages back-office logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
